Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.
- Develop staff schedules to meet the operational demands of the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Analyze financial reports to manage budgets and control costs.
- Enforce policies and procedures to uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of Panera Bread operations and menu offerings preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or Business Management is a plus.
