<div><strong>About the Role</strong></div><div>We are currently hiring <strong>Panel Builders</strong> for a leading automation company in Addison, IL. In this role, you will build and assemble electrical control panels from the ground up for custom automation equipment.</div><div>This is a great opportunity for candidates with electrical assembly experience looking for a <strong>long-term position</strong> with a growing company.</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><ul><li>Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics</li><li>Assemble, wire, and label control panels from scratch</li><li>Use hand and power tools to build electrical boards</li><li>Install completed panels into enclosures</li><li>Work with team members to safely lift and install larger components</li></ul><div><strong>Requirements</strong></div><ul><li>Previous <strong>electrical or wiring assembly experience</strong> required</li><li>Ability to read and understand <strong>electrical schematics</strong> (pneumatic is a plus)</li><li>Experience using <strong>hand and power tools</strong></li><li>Must be able to <strong>read, write, and speak English</strong></li><li>Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused</li></ul><div><strong>Schedule</strong></div><ul><li>1st Shift: Monday – Friday</li><li>Flexible start time:<ul><li>6:00 AM – 3:00 PM <strong>or</strong></li><li>8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</li></ul></li></ul><div><strong>Pay & Benefits</strong></div><ul><li>$25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Long-term assignment (6–12 months)</li><li>Opportunity for growth</li></ul><div><strong>Hiring Process</strong></div><ul><li>Resume review</li><li>Initial <strong>Teams interview</strong></li><li>Final <strong>in-person interview</strong></li></ul><div><strong>#ZR</strong></div><div><br/></div><div><br/></div>
