Opportunity Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to help establish and grow a new pain management service line within a well-supported hospital environment. The position offers a balanced mix of interventional pain procedures and medication management, with strong collaboration from an experienced pain physician at a nearby affiliated facility.
Position Highlights
BC/BE in Pain Management required
Solo practice model with collegial support
Established referral base and strong hospital support services
Fully implemented EPIC EMR
Call coverage: 10 shifts per month
Robust OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient support staff
Compensation & Benefits
$550,000 guaranteed base salary (first 12 months; 3-year guarantee for J-1 candidates)
$50,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment
Quality bonus up to 2.5%
