Job Title: Packer – Manufacturing
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay Rate: $18/hr – $21/hr (W2)
Duration: 3 Months
Shift: Full-time (Shifts may vary)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Packer to join our manufacturing team in Las Vegas, NV. This position plays a key role in supporting plant production operations, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and moved efficiently. The ideal candidate will follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety protocols, and report directly to the Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
• Operate mill and production equipment, heavy machinery, forklift, and water truck.
• Remove finished products from the line, shrink-wrap, label, and organize in storage areas.
• Supply production lines with necessary materials such as pallets, bags, and wraps.
• Inspect and return packaging materials during changeovers.
• Wrap pallets and relocate production using forklift to storage.
• Conduct forklift inspections and report defects or incidents.
• Support shift transitions with clear communication.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure hopper material levels.
• Hand-stack 40–50 lb bags as needed.
• Load/unload trucks with finished and raw materials.
• Assist with cycle counts of inventory.
• Use SAP system for truck check-in/out and shipping tasks.
• Ensure truck loads comply with legal weight limits.
• Read and understand internal control procedures and sign off accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or plant operator role.
• High School Diploma or GED (must be verifiable).
• Experience in plant manufacturing or industrial settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a 24/7 continuous process environment.
• Strong customer service skills and team collaboration.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and web tools.
• Forklift certification and experience with heavy equipment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass drug test and education verification.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. (I-9/E-Verify compliance required).
