Packaging Technician

Type: Contract
Compensation: $25 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)10.5-hour per day, 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday), totaling 40 hours per week, with overtime as required
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize packaging equipment in compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Follow Master Batch Records for packaging oral solid dose (OSD) and other dosage forms.
Perform in-process inspections and testing to ensure quality standards.
Complete accurate documentation following GMP guidelines.
Handle labeling and components (counting, transfers, FIFO, returns).
Maintain safe work practices and collaborate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical or packaging experience preferred (or equivalent mechanical/industry experience).
Basic math skills and understanding of the metric system.
Experience with OSD packaging and serialization preferred.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a regulated environment.
