Job Description:
- Maintain and update master Google Sheets containing SKUs, product numbers, and packaging documentation links
- Review and audit technical documentation from plant operations and third-party suppliers for accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between Product Managers, Plant Operations, and external vendors
- Gather, organize, and clean raw product data to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate and participate in phone calls and Google Meet sessions to resolve discrepancies
- Support production timelines by ensuring packaging data is current and aligned across teams
Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (data entry, filtering, basic formulas, conditional formatting)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable managing large volumes of data, hyperlinks, and digital files
- Self-starter with the ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders
