Salary Range: $100000.00 - $150000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and risks.

Process new business applications and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Foster strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental sales goals.
Stay current with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Valid New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Demonstrated sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
