Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities (What Youll Do)
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of P&C sales agents to consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute modern sales scripts, lead-generation tactics, and cross-selling strategies to drive agency growth.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day sales operations, ensuring high productivity and efficient lead management.
Coaching & Training: Conduct regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on product knowledge, closing techniques, and objection handling.
Performance Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with carrier underwriters and industry partners to ensure the best placement for our clients.
Requirements
Requirements (Qualifications)
Licensing: Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) License is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in P&C Insurance sales with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding personal and team sales targets.
Knowledge: Deep expertise in Florida Property & Casualty products; Commercial Lines experience is a significant plus.
Tech Proficiency: Experience with Insurance CRM software (e.g., AMS, Agency Zoom) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
