Join a great team in Mooresville, NC as a production and packaging associate. The production and packaging associate is responsible for the production or packaging of a variety of manufactured products. This position is a support role for several areas, including but not limited to packing, assembly, inspection, and labeling. Candidates must be flexible and perform various plant labor positions.
Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Rotational (3 days one week, 4 days the following week and working every other weekend)
Shift: 6pm-6am or 7pm-7am
Pay: 17.00 hrly
Some of your duties include:
- Perform production duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, labeling, and sorting
- Production on a fast-paced assembly line or environment
- Load materials and products into package processing equipment
- Perform related duties as required by supervisors
- Maintain the work area in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations
- Must be able to keep up with the pace of production.
You will need to:
- Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Maintain the production pace of other team members
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Use of hands in repetitive motion
- May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts
- Due to the plant's environment, you must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
