Residential Resources is looking for compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our growing company in the Greater Keene area.This position includes residential and community support working with an adult affected by Intellectual/Developmental disabilities. Responsibilities may include supporting individuals with activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care support. Experience is not required; we welcome applicants who are new to the field and excited to make someone’s life better!

We have multiple homes with ALERT(means that the staff is able to sleep during the shift but in the event they are needed, they will need to assist the individual(s))shifts available. We welcome both full time and part time overnight applicants!


REQUIREMENTS:

• Acceptable criminal history and other background checks as required
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
