Summary:

A results-driven Business Development Manager or Outside Sales Rep with experience in the single-family production and custom home builder industry. A proven track record of closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Identify and develop new business opportunities within the single-family construction sector.

•           Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers and builders' purchasing managers

•           Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and estimates to secure contracts.

•           Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.

•           Develop and implement sales strategies and incentive programs to drive revenue.

•           Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

•           Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

·        Industry Expertise – In-depth knowledge of the single-family production and custom home builders industry, including service and construction operations.

·        Quoting & Estimating – Strong ability to generate accurate bids and estimates for new business opportunities.
