Summary:
A results-driven Business Development Manager or Outside Sales Rep with experience in the single-family production and custom home builder industry. A proven track record of closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the single-family construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with project managers and builders' purchasing managers
Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and estimates to secure contracts.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies and incentive programs to drive revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
· Industry Expertise In-depth knowledge of the single-family production and custom home builders industry, including service and construction operations.
· Quoting & Estimating Strong ability to generate accurate bids and estimates for new business opportunities.

Requirements:
