Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. The right candidate will take ownership of their territory, develop relationships, and provide customized solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Expand sales within existing accounts and secure new business
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including estimating and closing deals
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
• Communicate with internal teams to share customer feedback and market trends
• Work with minimal supervision while driving consistent results

Requirements:

• Proven outside sales experience preferred
• Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer applications
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term customer relationships
