We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Permanent Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and nurturing relationships with key clients in the luxury sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of the luxury market, and possesses a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will have exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, a keen eye for prospecting new opportunities, and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the luxury windows and doors sector.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
3. Manage sales pipelines effectively, ensuring all opportunities are pursued and tracked accurately.
4. Utilize product knowledge to showcase the unique selling points of our offerings and convince potential clients of their value.
5. Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Manage sales territories effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and customer service.
7. Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
8. Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of work.
9. Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
4. Strong knowledge of the luxury market and the ability to leverage this knowledge to secure new business opportunities.
5. Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
6. Exceptional prospecting skills, with a proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
7. Strong territory management skills, with the ability to manage sales territories effectively.
8. Excellent sales pipeline management skills, with the ability to track and pursue all opportunities effectively.
9. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
10. High level of professionalism, with the ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
