Job Details

Qualifications – Needed

  • Minimum 2 years of private-pay home care sales experience in the Phoenix market
  • Proven success generating referral-based business
  • Strong background in healthcare or senior-focused B2B sales
  • Experience working with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living, or senior organizations
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales technology
  • Proven ability to build long-term referral relationships and manage a territory independently

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate new private-pay referral business for home care services throughout Maricopa County
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations
  • Conduct in-person visits across the Phoenix metro area to strengthen market presence
  • Meet or exceed referral and revenue targets
  • Track outreach, referrals, and activity within CRM systems
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity and pipeline
  • Collaborate with care management and operations teams to convert referrals into active clients
  • Represent the organization professionally at community and industry events
