Job Details

A well-established industrial solutions provider is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow business within an assigned geographic area. This field-based role focuses on consultative, solution-oriented selling within an industrial distribution environment, with an emphasis on building long-term customer relationships and generating new revenue.
What You’ll Do
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  • Meet with customers on-site to understand applications, challenges, and purchasing needs
  • Recommend appropriate products and solutions, including alternatives when needed
  • Prepare accurate quotes and follow up to close opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams and supplier resources to support customers
  • Maintain CRM records, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting
  • Consistently achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience (industrial, distribution, or technical preferred)
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications
  • Strong communication skills and a relationship-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to prospect and develop new accounts
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage opportunities and customer data
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the territory

Work Environment
  • Field-based role with a mix of customer visits and office work
  • Full-time position (40+ hours per week)
  • Occasional travel for training or meetings
