Outside Sales Representative

Anchora Financial is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Sales Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, and account management.
In this role, you will build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, manage a local sales territory, and help companies offer valuable financial services to their employees, including supplemental insurance benefits, financial planning, and strategic financial guidance.
We provide comprehensive training and field mentorship, so prior sales experience is not required. Candidates with strong work ethic, competitive drive, and strong communication skills tend to excel in this position.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a local sales territory to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct outside sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
Build strong relationships through networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
Present our financial services programs through group presentations and one-on-one meetings.
Manage and grow a book of business through ongoing account management and client service.
Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage client relationships, and organize sales activity.
Follow up on leads, referrals, and existing accounts to expand business opportunities.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Participate in training, mentorship, and team development meetings.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a standard background check.
Willingness to obtain a Health & Life Insurance Producer License (study materials and licensing provided).
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of post-high-school work experience.
