What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments (leads provided)
- Build trust through education - not pushy tactics
- Walk customers through inspection results and repair/replacement options
- Climbing on roofs & landers and doing inspections
- Write estimates and close deals using our simple process
- Coordinate with production and office teams for smooth handoff
- Represent the company with professionalism, warmth, and purpose

What We’re Looking For
- Confident in person and know how to ask great questions
- You own your results and treat every home like it’s your own
- You live in the Lehigh Valley and have a reliable vehicle

- Familiar with storm damage or insurance claims
The ideal candidate is confident, resilient, and willing to knock on doors daily, someone may be new to sales but is eager to learn, take feedback, and build confidence through real-world conversations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- “Lifelong learner” mindset is highly valued
- Customer service or account management experience preferred.
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required - non-bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
The Hiring Process
We have a rigorous hiring process, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days. Because of strong interest, the first steps are automated to ensure every serious applicant gets fair consideration.
