• Follow up on all appointments in a timely manner.
• Uncover the priorities of buyers/sellers and locate homes matching their needs, and show them the homes.
• Be a trusted advisor and use a consultative, servant leader approach.

• GA real estate license or willing to get one.
• STRONG money motivation and passion for selling.
• Works well in a self-directed manner.
• Great team player.
