Outside Parts Representative / Parts Sales Representative / Parts Specialist required to join a leading HVAC Manufacturers Representative

The successful Outside Parts Representative / Parts Sales Representative / Parts Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while generating revenue through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales. This role will involve recommending new products and services to meet client needs and expanding market potential.

Outside Parts Representative / Parts Sales Representative / Parts Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Identify market potential by qualifying accounts and understanding their requirements.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding customer needs.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product/service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Expand sales within existing accounts by introducing new products and services and developing new applications.
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and gathering feedback from accounts.
  • Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying gaps in customer needs.
  • Keep job knowledge updated by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplish organizational goals by completing related tasks and other duties as directed by management.
Outside Parts Representative / Parts Sales Representative / Parts Specialist Requirements:

  • HVAC, Construction, or Service Industry experience. (Auto Parts & aftermarket experience is applicable).
  • Excellent initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, closing, and sales skills.
  • Motivated by sales goals with proven experience in territory management and prospecting.
  • Persistent and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and Outlook.
