Job Details
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services to individuals, families, and couples. This role is ideal for someone who values evidence-based practice, strong clinical structure, and meaningful patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services including individual, family, and couples counseling
- Support clients with PTSD, behavioral health needs, and crisis intervention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Utilize EMR systems for clinical documentation and tracking
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Stay current with clinical best practices and research
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LCSW-A, or LCMHC-A)
- Experience with crisis intervention and behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
