Job Details

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Outpatient Therapist to provide mental health services to individuals, families, and couples. This role is ideal for someone who values evidence-based practice, strong clinical structure, and meaningful patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy services including individual, family, and couples counseling
  • Support clients with PTSD, behavioral health needs, and crisis intervention
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
  • Utilize EMR systems for clinical documentation and tracking
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Stay current with clinical best practices and research

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LCSW-A, or LCMHC-A)
  • Experience with crisis intervention and behavioral health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
