This opportunity is for an Outdoor Construction Estimator to join a well-established design-build firm delivering custom pools, patios, landscapes, decks, porches, and complete outdoor living environments for a higher-end clientele. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Outdoor Construction Estimator position include:
- Preparing detailed estimates, budgets, and proposals for custom outdoor living construction projects
- Partnering closely with sales representatives and designers in a team-based estimating structure
- Utilizing an established estimating system and software (currently CoConstruct; training provided)
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and project parameters to ensure accurate pricing
- Supporting sales efforts through consultative estimating and value-based recommendations
- Performing day-to-day estimating “grunt work” required to keep projects moving efficiently
- Collaborating in-office with the construction, sales, and design teams
- Prior experience in construction, outdoor living, landscaping, or related industries preferred (open to training the right candidate)
Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
