Location: Haltom City, TX (76117)

Compensation & Schedule

• $18/hr

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

ROLE IMPACT

As an Outbound Dialer Agent, you drive the front end of the sales pipeline by connecting with prospective customers and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team. Your ability to engage, identify interest, and execute clean call transfers directly impacts revenue growth and campaign performance. Success in this role is defined by consistent call activity, quality conversations, and meeting daily performance targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Place high-volume outbound calls using automated dialer systems to contact prospective customers

• Deliver clear, professional messaging aligned to campaign scripts and objectives

• Identify customer interest, qualify leads, and transfer engaged prospects to sales representatives

• Accurately document call outcomes and meet daily call volume and successful transfer goals

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year experience in a call center, outbound dialing, or customer service environment

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to follow scripts and handle objections

• Reliable attendance and ability to meet performance metrics in a structured environment

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Automated outbound dialer systems

• Call center software platforms

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for call documentation

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in sales-support, lead generation, or customer acquisition campaigns

• Comfortable working in goal-driven, metric-based environments

• Ability to build quick rapport and maintain a positive, professional tone throughout high call volumes
