OTR CDL A Flatbed Driver - Earn Over $150,000 Per Year
TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support OTR operations based in Gulfport, MS.
This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.
CDL A Details
Schedule: 2 weeks out, 4 days home
Pay: $0.62cpm, or $0.67cpm with Hazmat/TWIC endorsement and 5 years of experience. Per Diem is $35/night, Tarp pay is $50 Per tarp, Detention and breakdown are $25 per hour after the first hour and a half
Route Type: OTR, 2 weeks out, Home time 2 to 4 days
Freight / Load Type: [Describe load and route specifics]
Equipment: Mack Anthem with Flatbed trailer, Automatic transmission
Handling: Tarping and strapping
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
License: CDL A
Experience: 6+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements: Hazmat & TWIC card preferred
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL A equipment on OTR routes
Transport roofing and construction materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks including tarping and strapping
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
