Otolaryngology Physician

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to provide high-quality care for clinic and surgical patients. The provider will be responsible for managing outpatient ENT cases, performing essential procedures, and participating in a balanced schedule of clinic and surgical days. This role requires a dedicated professional able to handle "bread and butter" ENT procedures, collaborate with audiologists, and manage call duties, all within a multidisciplinary team committed to patient-centered care.

Required Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in general ENT procedures and outpatient care
  • Ability to perform common "bread and butter" ENT surgeries
  • Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
  • Flexibility to work scheduled clinic and surgical days, including some call responsibilities

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with advanced ENT procedures or subspecialties
  • Prior success working in a multidisciplinary clinic with audiologists
  • Certification from the American Board of Otolaryngology or equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license and current board certification in Otolaryngology
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in ENT practice preferred

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work scheduled hours from 0800 to 1700, with designated lunch breaks
  • Capacity to take 1-3 call days per month (approximately 10 days annually)
  • Willingness to handle clinic, surgical procedures, and some in-clinic procedures as needed
  • The position begins on December 1, 2025
