Otolaryngology Physician

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking board-certified ENT physicians to provide weekend call coverage at a Level II Trauma Center due to a staffing shortage. Coverage is primarily on-call, with providers responding in person when requested by trauma or ED physicians. This coverage is required to maintain the hospital s Level II Trauma designation.

• FTE: 0.33

• Provide ENT call coverage for a Level II Trauma Center

• Respond in person when requested by trauma or emergency department physicians

• Manage an average of 2 4 patients per day

• Perform core ENT procedures including adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy

• Collaborate with established support teams including anesthesia, CRNAs, and surgical services

• EMR system: Epic
  

Clinical Skills:

• Adenoidectomy

• Tonsillectomy

• Audiogram

• Lump/tumor removal

Licensure & Certification:

• Board Certified ENT Required (Dealbreaker)

• MD or DO Required

• Nebraska medical license or ability to obtain within a few months (compact license accepted) Required

• DEA Required

• Clean malpractice history Required
