Overview
The Staff Pad has partnered with a hospital in Southern Illinois to recruit a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established and growing ENT service. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity offering a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care, strong clinical support, and a highly competitive compensation package.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed model
90% outpatient / 10% inpatient
Based at a regional medical center serving a multi-county area
Strong hospital support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units
Fully integrated EPIC EMR
PSLF eligible and J-1 visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed first-year salary: $525,000
Sign-on bonus: $36,000-$50,000
Quality bonus up to 2.5% tied to productivity
Relocation allowance up to $15,000
