Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee fiber optic installation projects from start to finish.
Team Coordination: Lead and manage field technicians and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Quality Assurance: Monitor installation processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations regarding telecommunications.
Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for fiber optic systems.
Oversight of Underground and Aerial Crews to drive production and assure due dates are meet.
