This Medical Center operates as a not-for-profit, 218-bed acute care system serving two main campuses in Prescott and Prescott Valley. The facility functions as a Level 4 Trauma Center providing comprehensive services including cardiac care, neurosurgery, breast imaging, and primary care with established protocols for quality patient outcomes.

The region offers diverse outdoor recreation opportunities with year-round activities including hiking trails that range from desert to mountainous terrain. Regional attractions provide outdoor enthusiasts with varied ecosystems and scenic landscapes throughout the area.

The orthopedic surgeon will provide comprehensive coverage for general orthopedic cases including day shifts and call responsibilities. The clinician will manage approximately 15 clinic patients and 6-10 surgical cases daily while maintaining call coverage Monday through Friday. Board certification in orthopedic surgery and prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements. The position involves performing general orthopedic surgical procedures and managing both clinic and operating room responsibilities at this Level 4 trauma center.
