The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding new patients through their consultation, explaining treatment options, presenting financial arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from the first visit to treatment start.

New Patient Consultations:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care and enjoys helping patients confidently begin their orthodontic journey.
The Treatment Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding new patients through their consultation, explaining treatment options, presenting financial arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from the first visit to treatment start.
Key Responsibilities.
New Patient Consultations:
- Welcome and guide new patients through the consultation process.
- Review medical and dental history with patients.
- Assist the doctor during consultations when needed.
- Clearly explain recommended orthodontic treatment plans.
Treatment Presentation:
- Present treatment options in a clear, confident, and patient-friendly manner.
- Explain benefits of treatment and answer patient questions.
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment options.
- Help patients feel comfortable moving forward with treatment.
Financial Coordination:
- Present financial plans and payment options.
- Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and explain coverage.
- Coordinate third-party financing options when necessary.
- Collect deposits and establish payment arrangements.
Case Acceptance & Follow-up:
- Follow up with patients who have not started treatment.
- Track consultation outcomes and treatment acceptance rates.
- Maintain organized documentation of treatment plans and financial agreements.
Patient Experience:
- Ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
- Maintain clear communication with patients and families.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term patient relationships.
Referring Doctor Relations:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referring dental offices.
- Assist with referral follow-ups, reports, and correspondence to dental and medical offices.
- Communicate patient updates and treatment progress when appropriate.
- Represent the practice professionally when interacting with referring offices.
Administrative Coordination:
- Schedule treatment start appointments.
- Coordinate with the clinical team for efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate records in practice management software.
Qualifications.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Treatment Coordinator in orthodontics or dentistry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment fees and financial arrangements.
- Ability to confidently present treatment recommendations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
Bonus Experience:
- Orthodontic practice experience.
- Dental insurance knowledge.
- Case acceptance or sales experience.

Position Details:
- Full-time position.
- Clinical days: Monday, Friday, and Saturday.
