CTG is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to lead change initiatives for IT projects. This role focuses on the people side of change—processes, systems, roles, and organization structures—driving adoption and long-term sustainability.

 

Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 12 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for medium-to-large IT projects.

  • Serve as liaison to sponsors, project managers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.

  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations.

  • Coach leaders on change adoption and communication best practices.

  • Manage communications, training inputs, and learning resources.

  • Track success metrics, monitor change progress, and implement sustainability plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in organizational change management for IT projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.

  • Ability to create compelling presentation decks supporting initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, organizational development, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing projects or programs.

  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
