How You'll Crush It Daily
Must be willing to train on a riding electric palette jack
Stay on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs. and keep moving
Close-toe shoes
Learn to safely operate a riding electric pallet jack
Pick orders using an RF scanner and a head selector
Accurately inspect orders to ensure they are correct
Be able to build your palette safely
Extreme attention to detail
Reliable attendance
Follow instructions effectively
Be able to walk 15,000-20,000 steps per day
