Nesco Resource is now hiring for 1st Shift Order Selectors at a facility in Newton, NC.
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Order Selectors to join our team. This role involves accurately picking and preparing orders while meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Meet productivity deadlines
- Previous order picking / order selecting experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Able to lift at least 30 lbs
- Ability to pass client Picker/Selector training
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow rules, safety guidelines, and procedures
Work Attire:
- Steel-toe shoes required
- No tank tops
- Shorts permitted (must be knee-length)
- No muscle shirts or open-sided shirts
- No clothing with offensive language or images
Additional Information:
- Bring plenty of fluids to stay hydrated
- Bring lunch and/or snacks
Pay:
- $15.00 per hour
Shift:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Must be flexible for occasional 6:00 AM start times and weekend work
Break Schedule:
- 10:00 AM – 10:10 AM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM
- Last Break: 2:30 PM – 2:45 PM
