Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Order Selector/Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team near Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and wrapping customer orders, operating a forklift to load/unload trucks, and selecting orders off the shelves. This role requires commitment to safety and efficiency and a proactive approach to keeping the warehouse organized and clean. Responsibilities of the Order Selector/Forklift Operator will include:*Accurately pick, pack, and wrap customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
*Operate forklifts and other equipment to load/unload trucks and select orders from shelving units.
*Safely use manual and powered warehouse equipment.
*Sort and organize products in their designated warehouse locations.
*Assist in general warehouse upkeep, including cleaning and organizing.
*Participate in other warehouse tasks as required.

Qualifications of the Order Selector/Forklift Operator:*High School Diploma or equivalent.
*Previous forklift experience is required.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to meet deadlines and effectively multi-task.
*Competence in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and familiarity with units of measure.
*Capability to lift and move up to 165 pounds on a regular basis.
*Effective communication skills with the ability to follow directions and work well with management and team members.
