Job Details
The Order Processor Provides administrative and operational support for quality‑related processes, including performance tracking, reporting, and coordination of internal and external feedback.
Hours: 1st shift
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:
- Review daily shipment log and monitor inventory
- Communicate with commercial clients via email and phone
- Input orders into company system
- Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries
- Track shipments and update master list
- Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments
- Communicate delivery updates with sales team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a wholesales environment
- 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
- Bilingual: Spanish (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Data entry experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
