Senior Oracle Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash
We have an opportunity for a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP Cloud) who will bring strategic Oracle Cloud experience architecting and delivering complex solutions by joining our Oracle Applications Team in Tacoma, WA or Santa Clara, CA reporting to Director of IT. In this pivotal role, you will influence the optimization of Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes automation placing AI-driven innovation at the forefront to bridge the gap between complex business needs and advanced technical solutions. Collaborating closely with technical teams, Order Management, Shipping & Logistics, Revenue and other business teams, you will design, configure and implement scalable and robust solutions around Finance solutions.
Be a Contributor - What You'll Do
Design, configure and deliver strategic initiatives for Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) processes (Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, Subscription & Revenue Management, GL etc.) to meet business objectives
Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications
Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and best practice adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams to implement new initiatives effectively
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage defect resolution
Provide day-to-day application support and financial close activities during the Month End, Year End, and quarterly maintenance activities
Collaborate with external Oracle support and consultants to resolve escalated issues as needed
Adapt and perform effectively in a dynamically changing environment
Be Prepared - What You Bring
Minimum of 12 years experience in Oracle Financials and Oracle SCM cloud
Proven hands-on techno-functional experience with strong expertise in finance processes: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Supply Chain, Revenue and subscription Management
Strong understanding of accounting rules, revenue recognition policies, and ASC 606 principles in complex billing environments
Skilled in Oracle tools such as SQL, OTBI, BIP, FBDI
Good understanding of leveraging Oracle AI Agent Studio to optimize business processes
Nice to have: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services
Nice to have: Broad process knowledge spanning Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM), Risk Management Cloud (RMC) is also valuable
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or another field

We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: 119,600 - 180,290 plus bonus
