Job Description:
Client is looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud / EPM Techno-Functional Consultant to support finance systems enhancements, integrations, and ongoing transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge combined with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud and EPM modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle ERP Cloud and EPM modules
- Gather and translate business requirements from Finance and Accounting stakeholders
- Configure Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.)
- Support Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, and Reporting
- Develop and support integrations, data conversions, and custom solutions
- Work with APIs (REST/SOAP), FBDI, ADFDI, and reporting tools
- Perform testing (SIT/UAT), deployment support, and production issue resolution
- Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with best practices
Required Skills and Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle EPM
- Strong techno-functional expertise (functional configuration technical development)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning and FCCS preferred)
- Strong knowledge of integrations and data management
- Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud certifications
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Prior finance transformation project experience
