Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Scrum Master to support our Oracle and Informatica ETL data warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a robust personality to effectively lead and manage agile processes within a data-driven environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a banking or enterprise environment
• Experience with SaFe Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in JIRA for tracking metrics and project updates
• Experience with IDMC (Informatica Cloud)
• Previous work with data teams

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Proactive attitude with strong leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support Oracle and Informatica ETL data warehouse team
• Track and update sprint metrics and project progress
• Maintain up-to-date notes in the tracking system
