Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Manufacturing Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Bills of Materials (BOM) and Work in Process (WIP) within Oracle Cloud ERP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience and a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes, preferably in a process manufacturing environment.
This role requires functional leadership in configuring, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Cloud Manufacturing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules.
- Configure and manage:
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Work definitions & work orders
- Routing and operations
- Support manufacturing process setup including:
- Discrete and Process Manufacturing flows
- Batch production (preferred)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Manage integrations between Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Costing modules.
- Support end-to-end lifecycle: CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Prepare functional design documents and provide user training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with strong focus on Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with:
- BOM structures and maintenance
- WIP transactions
- Work definitions and routing setup
- Work order management
- Strong understanding of:
- Manufacturing execution processes
- Material issue and completion transactions
- Variance tracking
- Experience in Process Manufacturing (Preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience working in multi-org manufacturing environments.
- Oracle Cloud Manufacturing certification (nice to have).
