Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Sourcing Analysts to identify, qualify, and submit high-potential investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Opportunity Sourcing Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of off-market, proprietary, or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Conduct preliminary opportunity evaluation and provide structured opportunity summaries

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that successfully close

• Build a verified sourcing and deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to deal flow, including operators, advisors, brokers, intermediaries, and other networked professionals.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may:

• Source and vet proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Provide high-level opportunity context, including asset/sector, transaction structure, economics, and investment thesis

• Introduce qualified opportunities to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff to analysts (who perform modeling and underwriting)

Opportunity Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for detailed financial modeling, underwriting, or capital raising.

Eligible Investment Types

Based on approval and experience, Opportunity Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or niche investments

Sourcing categories are approved based on demonstrated credibility, network access, and experience.

Compensation & Economics

• Opportunity Sourcing Analysts earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per transaction that closes from their sourced opportunities

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by deal size, structure, and Analyst contribution

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality sourcing

How Analysts Get Activated

1. Submit an Opportunity Sourcing Analyst application and background information

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the investor network

There is no cold applying, blind pitching, or public solicitation. Approved opportunities are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
