Nesco Resource is looking for an Operator-Denali Grinder located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM

Pay: $18.50-$19/hour depending on experience 

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator to join our team in the production of precision medical device components. This role involves working with grinders and other machinery to form parts according to strict specifications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, following detailed work instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form parts using manual pressure (up to 10 lbs of force)
  • Operate and adjust grinding and forming equipment according to specifications
  • Read and follow detailed work instructions and routers
  • Complete identification labels and required documentation accurately
  • Inspect parts using microscopes, micrometers, gauges, and calipers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Contribute to department quality and production goals
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working under a microscope
  • Experience in Machine Operating 
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
