A-Line Staffing is now hiring Operator 1 – Warehouse Operations in Zelienople, PA. The Operator 1 would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Operator 1 Compensation

The pay for this position is $16.00 per hour .

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Operator 1 Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM .

Operator 1 Responsibilities

• Use equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet wrapping machines, and once trained, walking stackers (motorized hand trucks) to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate records related to warehouse operations.
• Follow clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines.
• Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within warehouse processes.
• Work under general to limited supervision.
• Perform duties in a metrics-driven environment and maintain general computer skills.
• Safely lift and move items up to 50+ lbs.

Operator 1 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
• 1–2 years previous warehouse experience or related training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English and perform basic math calculations.
• Obtain and maintain appropriate licenses, training, or certifications as required.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, lift, push/pull, and use hands for repetitive tasks.

Operator 1 Preferred Qualifications

• Basic analytical or operational process skills (material handling, logistics, manufacturing production).
• Experience operating handcarts or power trucks.
• Effective communication skills with co-workers and supervisors.
