Operations Senior Analyst

This position is responsible for financial reporting and analytical support across Emergency Roadside Services and Automotive Services operations. Key responsibilities include developing financial models, conducting profit and loss analyses on matters critical to our business units, and assisting management with implementing strategies and operational changes by evaluating financial impacts, opportunities, and alternative solutions. The role also involves analyzing data and trends from multiple sources and preparing comprehensive reports for management by leveraging both system-generated data and input from other departments.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with development and preparation of annual budget, goals, and objectives. 

  • Forecast expenses and revenue related to ERS and Automotive Services.  Implement individual portions of the strategic business plan.  Assess, evaluate and recommend alterations to the business plan as needed.

  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure expenses are recorded and forecasted properly.

  • Develop and analyze new and existing programs impacting financial performance management and service provider compensation/incentive payments.

  • Identify and analyze trends regarding best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Club employees and contractor network.

  • Present financial insights, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership and senior management that support decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree in finance, accounting, economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • At least three years of work experience in finance, accounting, or economics. Experience in budget/finance administration and project management is preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is desired.

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Professional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet project deadlines

The starting pay range for this position is:

$80,100.00 - $107,000.00
