- Proven experience in managing siding, door, window, and trim installations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be highly organized and efficient
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in overseeing others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards, materials, and best practices for siding, doors, windows, and trim.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts and change orders is a plus.
- Previous experience as an install manager or in a similar operations role within the home improvement industry.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- OSHA certification or similar safety training.

- Manage and work very closely with the outside Installation Manager (IM). The IM is the onsite supervisor for all siding, door, window, and trim installation projects.
- Oversee installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop, maintain, and adjust the install schedule for siding, door, window, and trim projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure the IM and crews adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations on job sites.
- Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align project timelines with customer expectations.
- Continuously assess project workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide regular updates on project status.
- Manage all orders from start to finish along with the IM.
