OPERATIONS MANAGER
PITTSFIELD, MA
 
Fusco Personnel is searching for an Environmental Health and Safety Operations Manager to work for a growing client in Pittsfield, MA.  This individual will lead and transform safety across our client’s operations.  This is a key leadership role focused on integrating safety into daily production, reducing risk and driving a proactive safety culture.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Background in manufacturing, aggregates, or mining environments
  • Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative, accountable, and results-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
  • Embed safety into production processes to improve both safety and efficiency
  • Lead injury reduction initiatives and eliminate repeat hazards
  • Conduct root cause investigations and implement lasting corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and environmental regulations
  • Oversee audits, training, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Strengthen emergency preparedness and environmental stewardship
  • Lead and develop a small EH&S team while maintaining strong field presence
 
Salary:   $85,000 - $115k +/- (Based on experience & credentials)
