- Oversee operations, personnel, P&L, schedule and logistics throughout the Atlanta metro market office day-to-day
- Projects include Access Control, CCTV, Automatic Gates & Barriers - experience with these systems required
- System brands include Milestone, Software House/CCure, Axis, Avigilon, Honeywell Prowatch and more
- Lead, mentor and train technicians, field and office personnel
- Drive accountability, reporting and efficiency across all divisions
- Forecast budget, revenue and headcount needs
