Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager position include:
- 5+ years of HVAC leadership experience; lead and manage service and installation teams to drive performance
- Proven experience overseeing technicians and install crews; coach teams on productivity, sales, and customer communication
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and light commercial; ensure quality control and code compliance
- Demonstrated P&L management experience; drive revenue growth, gross margin, and labor efficiency
- Experience tracking KPIs; monitor metrics such as ticket average, close rate, and callback percentage
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software; oversee scheduling, dispatch, and workflow optimization
- Required active licenses (H2, H3 Class 1 HVAC, SPPH); ensure safety standards, EPA compliance, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and communication skills; partner with HR, recruiting, and finance to support hiring, training, and budgeting
Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
