Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to oversee and drive day-to-day operations across multiple large-scale construction and development projects. This role works closely with ownership and is a role for someone who can run operations, manage people, interface with institutions, and keep complex projects moving forward efficiently.

• Proven operator with construction or development background

• Confident leader with natural authority and decisiveness

• Strong communicator with banks, municipalities, and agencies

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution across active construction projects

• Manage internal staff and external consultants

• Serve as point person for agencies, lenders, and partners

• Implement systems, processes, and workflows

• Ensure projects move efficiently from planning through execution

• Support leadership with operational strategy and execution

Qualifications & Must-Haves

• Experience in construction, development, or property management

• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows

• Proven leadership and people-management ability

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Fully in-office availability
