Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help oversee the Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Charlotte, NC. This person will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the Housekeeping and Engineering departments of the hotel property. Areas of management include - budget, product quality and guest service.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house.
• Maintain rooms control procedures and reports discrepancies to General Manager by using the Rooms Discrepancy Daily Report.
• Issue supplies/goods to staff at beginning of shift in order to control inventory and ensure proper supplies are available while controlling expenses.
• Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded.
• Obtain bids from suppliers as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous hotel management experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
