Job Summary
The Operations Intern will support the Operations team with day‑to‑day activities, process improvement initiatives, and cross‑functional projects that help ensure efficient and effective business operations. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to operational planning, analysis, and execution in a professional, onsite environment.
Internship Details
This paid internship is expected to begin in May 2026 and conclude in August 2026. The position requires an onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with operational tasks, data tracking, and reporting to support business processes
- Help analyze workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support coordination between departments to ensure operational alignment
- Assist with documentation of procedures, metrics, and best practices
- Participate in meetings and projects related to operational efficiency and performance
- Provide general administrative and project support as needed
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, or project coordination
- Familiarity with operational or enterprise systems
- Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to operations
