Oakland, CA — Hybrid (Onsite 1 day per week required)

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Start: As Soon As Possible
Pay Rate: $40 – $48 per hour
- Manage, monitor, and optimize ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Design and maintain complex automated data routines for reporting and data delivery, ensuring accurate data cleansing and transformation
- Analyze existing processes and recommend process improvements
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports used by multiple business units
- Perform root cause analysis with a strong debugger mindset to resolve data and system issues
- Translate technical issues and findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Assist with database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
- Support data integrity, data quality, and data governance initiatives
- Maintain and update technical documentation for knowledge sharing and compliance
- SQL Server (Advanced T-SQL)
- SSIS package development

- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
OR equivalent professional experience - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience working with relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
- Company laptop will be issued
- Any additional equipment is the responsibility of the supplier
- With manager approval, a pre-determined monthly stipend for cell phone and internet may be expensed
